AWS Cloud Practitioner Challenge -- Not Receiving Exam Discount Code

Question

I have several coworkers who registered for the AWS Cloud Practitioner Challenge and never received an exam discount code. They registered in early August 2022 (several on/around August 2), received a confirmation email for registering, but they still haven't received any kind of discount code via email (they checked their junk folders). It's been several business weeks without any kind of communication about the discount code. I even had one person register another time after not receiving any code, but they still didn't receive a code.

We see that the terms and conditions say AWS will provide codes "while supplies last." Does anyone know if AWS is still passing out exam discount codes for the Cloud Practitioner exam? I didn't see anything else from the terms/conditions that explain why they wouldn't be qualified.
