Can I record the video of a Chime video conference?

A customer is interested in using Chime as a tool to scheduling and conducting interviews with 1500 industry contacts to build up a series of podcasts. They particularly wanted to get away from Skype and wanted to know if Chime had a the features and recording quality to support their use-case.

While Chime does provide meeting recording capabilities, it only records the audio and screen sharing (if initiated). It does not record the user video shared during a meeting so it does not seem to be a fit for this customer’s use case.
