ec2 can't connect An internal error has occurred

Question

I have free ec2 and it worked perfectly, but now maybe 2 or3 weeks i cant login to my server. getting An internal error has occurred. Tryed different ip, different pc. Checked articles. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/TroubleshootingInstancesConnecting.html
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/WindowsGuide/connecting_to_windows_instance.html 
but still nothing. to other wirtual servers from other sellers i can connect without a problem.
Downloaded .rdp from aws to connect directly, but the same error.
