ec2 can't connect An internal error has occurred

I have free ec2 and it worked perfectly, but now maybe 2 or3 weeks i cant login to my server. getting An internal error has occurred. Tryed different ip, different pc. Checked articles. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/TroubleshootingInstancesConnecting.html https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/WindowsGuide/connecting_to_windows_instance.html but still nothing. to other wirtual servers from other sellers i can connect without a problem. Downloaded .rdp from aws to connect directly, but the same error.

Troubleshoot the error message "An internal error occurred" If you receive the RDP error message "An internal error occurred", then see Step: 1 Check the RDP port on the Microsoft website.

Also try using Systems Manager to start a remote session instead of RDP. Check out the getting started guide for using Fleet Manager here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/systems-manager/latest/userguide/fleet-getting-started.html
