Hi,
The initial standard way to reach Support is via the AWS Console > Support > Create case unless you've an AWS account team working closely with you.
AWS Deadline Cloud was launched early April: still maybe some "teething" problems for specific use case. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Best,
Didier

I think AWS had some Bugs in the service creation process. So, I was facing a similar problem while trying to create a Nimble Studio service. **I created a case and waiting for the support team to respond. **
The possible solutions could be (this actually helped me to solve the issue with the Nimble Studio service Creation process):
- Delete and recreate a service.
- Delete the AWS IAM Identity Center and recreate it with the appropriate region setting.

I am using a free standard account of AWS. I'm trying to use the service to learn how to use it. After that will purchase the Deadline Cloud service. In this situation can I get support from the AWS team.
There is free support, but no SLA on a response.
