Unable to start or launch instance

While starting Ec2 instance it shows "Failed to start the instance i-03df5975c5898aedf This account is currently blocked and not recognized as a valid account. Please contact aws-verification@amazon.com if you have questions." Because of this we were stuck with the application. Please try to solve this issue

You will have to check your payment details and may be you got any email from Amazon about your account block but it is better to see in section IAM Users or contact to AWS by creating ticket for consultancy
