[QuickSight] Cannot add users to a group

Hi everyone,

I've added some users throught both IAM and email to quicksight, and I have created a group. But I cannot add users to my group :

  • I go to Manage Group (in the right region)
  • I select the group, and write their name / email address in the "Add user" field
  • It searches, and ends up finding no user

Do you have any idea why this is occurring ?

Maybe try to list users from cli to check the current users belonging to this AWS Account?

aws quicksight list-users --aws-region REGION --identity-type IAM --aws-account-id 11111111-1111-1111-1111-111111111111
