free tier usage alert not sure why did i get this alert

Question

hi everyone
i am use AWS resources like EC2 to launch ubuntu free tier VM and practice the CI-CD pipeline on it using Jenkins and Docker.
But i have received alert saying that i have consumed my free tier use for the month of January and when i check the details it shows that i have consumed 1GB of AWS data transfer service,

so my questions is that i am not sure what is this data service transfer and how did i consumed it would really appreciate if some one can help me here to identify the cause of it

Has your free tier time (12 months) expired? According to this: https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/aws/aws-free-tier-data-transfer-expansion-100-gb-from-regions-and-1-tb-from-amazon-cloudfront-per-month/
 Data Transfer from AWS Regions to the Internet is now free for up to 100 GB of data per month (up from 1 GB per region). This includes Amazon EC2.
