workersandbox account settings payment setup

0

I have registered on https://www.mturk.com on Sun, 19 Dec 2021 but you did not completed my registration. I have been waiting since for you to complete it.

Nonetheless on Tue 11 Apr 2023 I have seen on google that if I want to work for MTurk I have to log in to https://workersandbox.mturk.com I thought maybe you have changed the website address so I gave it a try, logged in and it was working. It let me to work on HITs so I thought everything is all right and I was very happy that finally I am able to work on MTurk.

By now I have done and get approved quite a lot of HITs and I would like to withdraw money. I have seen in Help that I can set up automatic payment periods at my Account Settings but when I clicked on my name to see my Account Settings I've got this message: "Account Settings are not enabled in the Developer Sandbox. To access your production account settings, visit https://worker.mturk.com"

Here when I click on the link provided and I log in on the login page I'm getting this message: "Unable to extend an invitation at this time To effectively maintain and administer the Amazon Mechanical Turk (MTurk) marketplace, we are not always in a position to extend an invitation to complete tasks and earn rewards to every newly registered Worker. Should conditions change in the future, we will notify you with an invitation. Thank you for your interest in working on MTurk."

This is very disappointing, as I really would like to carry on working with MTurk and my HIT approval rate is very good. However I also would like to withdraw money to my PayPal account what I earned. I emailed 4 times to mturk-account-appeals@amazon.com about this but never got an answer.

On workersandbox.mturk.com you have let me to do HITs and approved my HITs after this is not fair to redirect the account settings to www.mturk.com where menu is unavailable to set up anything. So please let me to access my Account Settings or let me know what further information, documentation I need to provide to be able to do so.
