SNS Text Messages - Sender ID does not reflect the ID I have requested

My country (Ireland) is approved as a sender ID country. However, even though I have set my sender ID it is coming up incorrectly. Can anyone help on how i can trouble shoot this? If anyone else is using Booknetic on their website with AWS SNS to send appointment reminders you might have the answers to how to fix this. thank you
