Lightsail/Wordpress site goes down daily. How do i keep this from happening?

My Lightsail instance crashes daily and I have to Stop and Restart it for my WordPress Site to come back up.

Can someone help me figure out why this happens and how to stop it?

The best will be login to that instance and checks the logs, maybe it's saturating memory and swap and due this crash.

Hello.

Is Lightsail's CPU usage or memory usage high?
Also, Lightsail consumes CPU credits when the CPU usage rate exceeds the baseline.
If this CPU credit is used up, performance will drop to the baseline throughput, which may affect website operation.
