Alert for EBS volumes with status Available

Good morning everybody! I would like to create an alert in CloudWatch to signal if an EBS disk has a volume status of Available. The alert will be sent to an already configured SNS topic. The idea is to create this alert so as not to generate costs with loose discs. I thank you for your help.

If your plan is to avoid unnecessary costs, then you can try to implement a very elegant solution like this [1]:
You can tweak the solution to fit your needs (like, removing the deletion part, etc.).
