server error and estimated grand billing total

hello, I opened my aws account today, and I found a server on and looking in the invoices I have an estimated grand total of 613.84 USD . i hadn't logged into aws for two weeks and i'm sure i didn't leave the aws server on. but I'm 100% sure I turned it off. there must have been a mistake and I am not going to pay much in excess of what I would have spent on this mistake. is there any way to fix?
