Elastic IP Idle Billing

I have a single Elastic IP, and it is associated with my instance. But I still see a charge for an unused Elastic IP on my bill. What could be the reason?

Hello,
From February 2024, AWS is charging for all Elastic IP addresses, including both public and Elastic IPs, even those that are attached to running instances.
