Feature Requests
Is there a place where we can provide feature requests for specific services? In my case, I have ideas for Cloud9 and Step Functions. It would be great if there is a way to submit feature requests and review roadmaps.

There's a pretty good summary of the process to raise a PFR here - https://cloudar.be/awsblog/tips-for-making-aws-feature-requests/. Typically we would make use of the public roadmap where available (like https://github.com/aws-cloudformation/cloudformation-coverage-roadmap for CloudFormation) but I don't think there are public roadmaps for Cloud9 & Step Functions. So leveraging your AWS Support network is the best option - raise a case, state it's a PFR, and escalate through any formal AWS contacts you have, e.g. an Enterprise Support TAM.
