Quicksight legend order

Question

Hi,

Good day.

Why are my quicksight pie chart legend not ordered alphabetically?

This link says it should be https://docs.aws.amazon.com/quicksight/latest/user/customizing-visual-legend.html.

To be honest I see no pattern in the ordering when looking at my other charts. Wish I could attach an image but I see no option to upload.

Hello, 
As you are already aware, the default behaviour of legends is to have labels sorted in alphabetical order. However, I suspect that the discrepancy being observed at your end might be due to data involved or other factors that need to be investigated further.

Therefore, if feasible, could you please open a support case with us by providing us with screenshot of the concerned visual and sample data being used at your end. Please remember to mask any confidential or sensitive information in the data you would share.
