ProductionAccessNotGranted occurred when test Custome Verification Template

Hi,
I'm working with SES in my Sandbox (no production).
I create a custom verification template but for test when i run the follow command on CLI

>aws ses send-custom-verification-email --email-address testemail@email.com --template-name MailVerficationTemplate

than this error occurred:
An error occurred (ProductionAccessNotGranted) when calling the SendCustomVerificationEmail operation: Production access not granted. Please request production access prior to sending custom verification emails

How to send custom verification mail from sandbox? if is possible...

Is possible only production sandbox.
