Hello,
please try this solution it will be helpful for you.
1.Billing Period:
AWS calculates usage and billing on a monthly basis, starting from the date you created your AWS account. This period is not necessarily aligned with calendar months.
2.Free Tier Limits:
The AWS Free Tier provides limited usage of various AWS services, including EC2 instances, up to certain limits. These limits reset at the beginning of each billing period.
3.Compute Hours:
The free tier typically includes a certain number of compute hours for EC2 instances per month. If you exceed this limit, you'll start incurring charges for additional usage.
4.Usage Tracking:
It's important to monitor your EC2 instance usage to ensure you stay within the free tier limits. You can track your usage in the AWS Management Console or through AWS Billing and Cost Management tools.
5.Billing Details:
AWS provides detailed billing information, including usage reports and cost breakdowns, to help you understand your usage patterns and identify any unexpected charges.
Please look at AWS Document Link you will get more information.
Hello,
The free tier for many AWS services is typically based on a per-month usage limit, rather than a strict number of hours or days.
- For example, the free tier for EC2 offers 750 hours of usage per month.
If you run multiple instances simultaneously, the hours add up cumulatively.
How can there be 26 days and 26 minutes in 17 days?
How many instances have you been running? if you've run two instances each for 13 days then the total duration will be 26 days.
Free Tier entitles you to 750 hours per month of t2.micro or t3.micro EC2 instances - this is basically enough to run one instance continuously for the whole month.
Or it entitles you to 2 instances each for 375 hours, or 3 instances each for 250 hours, and so on.
Anything over 750 hours in total becomes chargeable.
