New GlueJob UI: Cannot access my Glue Job

Hi all,

I am having some troubles accessing my Glue Jobs from the new interface (/gluestudio/home?region={region}#/editor/job/{job_name}). The error message I get is:

An internal error has occurred while loading your job. Please reload the page and ensure that you have selected the correct region for the job. If the problem persists, contact support.

But yes, I am definetely in the region where I have deployed my Glue Job. Interestingly, if I try to access my Glue Job from the legacy interface at glue/home?region={region}#etl:tab=jobs, then I can access my job script, edit it, run it, check triggers and default arguments.

What can be the cause?

  • which region are you building your job? I tested the new console in a couple of regions (us-east-1, ca-central-1) and could not reproduce your error, only time I got the error you mention is indeed when I was in the wrong region for the job.

  • can you check in your browser dev console for additional error messages?
