S3 upload speeds very slow (London region)

Hi there,

We have been testing S3 upload speeds directly with the CLI and always hit a max of around only 3.2/3.3 MiB/s. Have modified all of the max concurrent, etc. that are recommended, but no improvement.

We have tried this on different ISPs, etc. always the same. We have tried both with and without accelerate uploads enabled.

Is this an issue with the London region? We’re testing this from locations around 20 miles either side.
