How could I avoid Billing?

Question

Hi,

I Stopped the instances  2 months ago and I already get a billing for the service.  As long as I understand there is NO billing at least when the instance is stopped

This are my instances and the current status

How could I avoid the billing if I dont using this instances?

Hello,

You are billed for the EBS volume storage that you are using when the instances are stopped.  You are also billed for any elastic IPs that are being used.
