Is it possible to add a field in CCP as mandatory for a call to disconnect

Question

The requirement is add a new field in CCP and make it mandatory.

If it is not filled the call cannot get disconnected by an agent and it should throw an error.

Also I would like to add custom validations for the single field, is it possible to do using no-code UI (custom validation) or I should embed a new app?

I would like to share that in order to achieve this, you can consider using amazon-connect-streams and use the [contact.onEnded() ](https://github.com/amazon-connect/amazon-connect-streams/blob/master/Documentation.md#contactonended) function to monitor the contact disconnect and use custom code to setup the field and validations.
