Mediaconvert error 1999 error code

Today i did a mediaconvert job which is basically stitching up some png images, audio track, SRT caption onto a black video mp4 but it failed and retired a few times without success returning a 1999 error code. I check it up, 1999 code is basically unknown error code. Anyone has an idea what are the reasons that could have triggered a 1999 error code in my use case?

It maybe a regional problem so you can contact with AWS Support

or

you can try to isolate the problem

For example, try a job with just the video file and no audio or SRT. If that works, gradually add other elements until you can identify what's causing the issue.
