Hello,

I hope you're doing well.

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

I understand that you have few queries related to changing the profile in AWS explorer window. I am answering the queries below:

Q : There is a AWS explorer window that let you connect to your AWS Profile account but it only takes Default profile, how do we add another profile for SSO account in AWS explorer?

From the Screenshot I could see that you have connected with default profile. Because of this it only takes default profile. To resolve this, I would request you to create a separate profile by referring to the document[1] and then connect using the profile which you created.

Incase if you're still facing the issue, I would request you raise a support case ticket, where we can go deep dive into the resources to find out the actual root cause.

Thank you! Have a wonderful day!

I understand I have default profile selected that's why it take default profile but it doesn't show me option to add another profile like it shows up in the reference documents. And as per document it ask for Access key Id, we use SSO for login and from there we have multiple account we can login. We also dont have IAM role in each account as we use IAM SSO so cant create Accesskey ID and key.
