PHP 7.4 and 8.0 is missing security updates

The current version of EB PHP 7.4 is 7.4.21, released on July 1 2021. That is almost five months ago.  
  
Since this version, there have been five patch releases, **four of them security related**.  
  
Please update the EB environments to 7.4.26, the latest as of this thread: https://www.php.net/archive/2021.php#2021-11-18-1  
  
This current adoption rate of security releases is unacceptably slow. Please work to improve delivery of updates to the PHP platform.  
  
PHP 8 suffers from the same problem, currently sitting at 8.0.8 while the latest release is 8.0.13.

Answer

I updated the "stats" in my question as there have been additional releases for both PHP 7 an 8.  
  
Please resolve this.
