Viewing registered sender IDs in Pinpoint

0

We've recently registered a Sender ID for use in Australia via AWS Support. This process was fine. AWS Support confirms that we have the relevant Sender IDs registered.

However, we cannot view them in the console by "Pinpoint > SMS and voice > Phone numbers" and then selecting the "Sender ID registrations" tab. I've clicked through all regions in all accounts, and double checked the region (ap-southeast-2) and account that we filed the report request for. For all of these, the console is empty:

I've also checked related services like SNS's "origination numbers" and that is also empty (and indeed refers us back to Pinpoint).

How do we view our registered Sender IDs?

(We asked AWS Support this question and were referred here as they "do not provide technical support".)
