Problem with due past payments

Hi there, On February 7, 2023 I made a transfer for AWS Service Charges (for January) and also for Linked Account Allocation (debt for November 2022).
As a result, our debt for November 2022 is shown as ”payment past due” but it was paid.
Could you help me to handle this?
