Hi, Just want to check how. we can pull the data. from CRM and display on AWS connect for example Screen popup, Custom CCP etc. We have already integrated CRM with AWS connect

For the look up in the flow you'll need to use a Lambda. This can give you some ideas https://amazon-connect.github.io/amazon-connect-salesforce-cti/docs/classic/salesforce-lambdas/01-contact-flow-salesforce-lambdas/ as for passing the data down to the CCP and displaying it you'll need a custom CCP and this can get you 90% of the way there https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/connect-contact-attributes-screenpop/
