Your only option is to create new keys
- Cloudfront and x509: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudFront/latest/DeveloperGuide/private-content-trusted-signers.html
- Access Keys: Go to the IAM console and make new ones for your users, or use the CLI if you're savvy
