I apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing with logging into AWS Skill Builder. Based on the information you've provided, there are a few steps we can try to resolve this issue:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies. This can often resolve login issues.

  2. Try accessing AWS Skill Builder from your browser's incognito or private mode. This eliminates potential conflicts with browser extensions or cached data.

  3. Attempt to log in from a different device or network. Sometimes, local environment issues can cause login problems.

  4. Ensure you're using the correct login method. AWS has been moving users to use AWS Builder ID for accessing many of their services, including Skill Builder. Make sure you're using your AWS Builder ID credentials rather than older AWS account credentials.

  5. Verify that your device's date and time settings are correct, as this can sometimes cause authentication issues.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, it's recommended to contact AWS Support directly. You can do this by filling out the Support Feedback form on the AWS Skill Builder support page. Provide detailed information about the error you're encountering and the steps you've already taken to troubleshoot.

Remember, the "Something went wrong" error is quite generic and could be caused by various factors. If the problem persists after trying these steps, AWS Support will be best equipped to investigate and resolve the specific issue with your account.
