backup service is loading in eternum

Hello, I am experiencing an interesting issue. I have been trying to make an on-demand backup of my ec2 instance but the AWS Backup Service is not loading. I have attached a screenshot. Any ideas? Many thanks! loading dashboard

Hello: After clearing the cache (which did not work!) and finally, restarting the computer, the loading disappeared. Quite strange really.
