How to get SES insights to email events by specific email recipient and/or subject line

Our organization recently switched to SES from Mandril/Mailchimp and would like to be able to search email events by both specific recipient email address and subject line much like Mandril provides out of the box. Having difficulty finding that within SES and CloudWatch dashboards. Is this possible within AWS console anywhere? If so, where can I find that info? If not, is there a recommended 3rd party tool we can integrate with SES that will provide this ability? Thank you in advance.
