How to keep a nodered account completely free?

Hi

I set up a nodered account ongoing that needs to have access to an mqtt account on HiveMQ. And I thought that as long as I kept a t2 micro ec2 instance, Ill keep on the free tier, but now I see a billing expense for: "Amazon Elastic COmpute running Linux/UNIX" "EBS" "Elastic IP Adresses"

What am I seeing here?

There may be Elastic IPs that are not attached to any resource.
Elastic IP will be charged if not associated with a running instance.
