re:Post is a community forum site, so we cannot directly verify your AWS account.
Therefore, please follow the steps "Confirm you have terminated all active resources" in the document below to check if any active services that incur charges are running.

I think it is also a good idea to delete all AWS resources using a tool called "aws-nuke".

+1 here; if you're worried that you didn't terminate any of the resources on your account, you can also open a support case https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awssupport/latest/user/case-example.html and the support team would be able to provide you more information or maybe take a look at your account and suggest if you might have forgotten to remove any resources
