How to securely ingest a video stream

I am trying to access my customers camera stream, they cannot provide the RTSP URL due to security concerns. What is my best possible option to securely connect to the camera to access the stream?

How to setup a port and handshake protocols so that client can send the stream to the secured ports?

    Thank you for your response! in our current architecture we are not able to install any edge devices locally at the client location. So kinesis video streams wouldnt work for us.
