C# Kinematic coding

I’m currently writing a program that generates an accurate time per lap of an F1 car.

The user creates a car, picks the engine type, material type, and wheel type. Then, they simulate their car on the track.

However, I’m struggling on an accurate lap time. This is because, in a race there’s obviously straights and corners, which effects lap times. Where as, right now, my program takes the average speed of the car to work out the time equation.

Can anyone provide any advise on how AWS calculates predicted lap times etc for F1 cars?
