Unable to recover root access

0

I'm preparing the Cloud Practitioner Certification exam. I enabled MFA two days ago, passkey to be more precise. Today, i could not log in. I don't understand if my password manager (1Password) didn't save it correctly. The thing is that when trying to recover it, i'm not getting the phone call, so it's imposible for me to access my root account and complete my certification training...

Any workarounds or steps to be able to recover my account?

Hello.

Please try disabling the MFA device using the steps in the document below.
Also, try resetting using your email address instead of your phone number.

https://docs.aws.amazon.com/IAM/latest/UserGuide/id_credentials_mfa_lost-or-broken.html

If you cannot resolve the issue, I recommend contacting AWS using the URL below.
