IAM page blank - no error

Hello. When I click on IAM service, the page is blank. I have no error message whatsoever. I am connected as root account. I cleared the cache, refreshed my page and tried using firefox instead of chrom (which is the navigator I am currently using). I am using a free tier account. Is this a free tier limitation ? If not, what do you think the problem may be ? Thank you in advance.

It is possible to display IAM pages even in Free Tier.
The following documentation shows Firefox support.
To check, are you using an older version of Firefox?
If you still cannot see the page, try opening it in Chrome or Edge.
