Hello,

This is Tom from AWS Support. I understand that this question is regarding SES production access, and you have already created a case 12067400461 for this purpose.

In general, when requesting access to SES production, the AWS SES Trust and Safety team will review the request details (use case, handling bounces..etc[1]), the details must comply with the AWS Acceptable Use Policy ( http://aws.amazon.com/aup/ ) and the Amazon SES Service Terms (section Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) of http://aws.amazon.com/service-terms/ ).

That said please note that the Production access and Limit Increase requests decision is made under the sole discretion of AWS SES Trust and Safety team and when they take decisions, it depends greatly on how the service will be used and if it can impact the AWS SES negatively.

I see that for case 12067400461, the Trust and Safety team does conducted multiple reviews. Unfortunately, the Trust and Safety team determines the original finding accurate -- we cannot grant your request for increased Amazon SES sending limits. For security purposes, we are unable to provide specific details.

At this stage, if desired, I would recommend engage with an Amazon Partner [2] for your specific use case and determine the next step for production environment setup (including moving SES out of sandbox mode).

Thank you for your understanding. Have a nice day!
