As of writing this answer, Amazon Connect supports the following browsers:
- Google Chrome: Latest three versions
- Microsoft Edge Chromium: Latest three versions
- Mozilla Firefox: Latest three versions
- Mozilla Firefox ESR: All versions supported until end-of-life
Amazon Connect does not support mobile browsers, but audio of calls can be forwarded to mobile devices.
