Failed to create the organization Reason: ORGANIZATION_LIMIT_FOR_ACCOUNT_EXCEEDED

I have been trying fro weeks to get this working , it a one rabbit hole , after another , after another , I set up SES email, and have trying for week s to either get an answer , but nothing all they say is set up a organistaion but everytime I get Failed to create the organization Reason: ORGANIZATION_LIMIT_FOR_ACCOUNT_EXCEEDED

how to bans are not easily reversed but you can try to reach out via support to make your case. , I have not done anything wrong , I wanted to do Business , but this crazy , I will pay for support , it is being going on for weeks and weeks and nothing makes any sense and nobody seem to give dam on AWS about customers
