Integrate GameLift Realtime Client in a native iOS Swift Project?


I am writing a pure Swift game and thinking about using GameLift RTC. However I noticed that the client SDK is written in C# and the examples are with Unity.

Can someone explain if the C# client SDK can be built with native iOS Swift project (not Unity or Unreal)?

Thank you for reaching out us regarding the above query. I would like to share that as of now unfortunately GameLift doesn't support Swift officially, which means that we cannot use Gamelift SDK with native IOS swift project. However I would like to thank you for allowing us to improve the service by raising this query. I have passed this feedback to the Gamelift internal team and requested them to consider this as a feature request. While I am unable to comment on if/when this feature may get released, I request you to keep an eye on our What's New and Blog pages for any new feature announcements.
