Bug: Boto3 Pricing client get_products API is returning funky results

Our service is using this API to get database instance information. Today we started seeing it returning something like "usagetype":"APN1-CPUCredits:db.t3" which is clearly mixed up of multiple fields. Also we found there is no longer a region in the result, and there is only one DB engine associated with each instance type.

Two possible paths here:

  1. (Preferred) Raise an issue in the boto3 GithHub repo.
  2. Create a support case in the AWS console.
