AWS Connect -Transfer Calls to a role that doesnt recieve calls

Hello,

I have users that need to transfer a call to a manager but the manager has selected a status that stops all incoming calls from a round robin. Is there anyway that some sort of status or something similar be setup so that users can transfer these calls without the manager going onto the round robin?

Hello,

I believe you want to keep the Tag for AWS connect instead of Direct Connect in the question. However regarding transferring the calls, please check if the below link helps.
