Cannot save new user - First user

Following along with this tutorial:

I am simply trying to create a new user. I am logged in with the emergency user, since I don't have a user yet.
I am on the Free profile as I am testing it out. When I add in all the criteria the Save button remains inactive.

I saw this warning on the Connect initial page:
We are upgrading the Amazon Connect console
To maintain your current level of access, make sure that you have required permissions. Learn more

I guess I'm not sure what account this needs to be added to, if that's what I'm missing.

I just figured it out.

My passwords had not met the required format!!!!!
Forgot a capital letter. :/
