I can't to reset my password from my account!

I tried to connect to my amazon account but I saw that I forgot password and when I tried to recovery password I received a six-numbers code and when I entered this code I got a message with your account is temporary blocked for unusually inactivity and I cannot to into in my account in I have a order in pending please help me !
