Tweaking PII: AWS Transcribe

0

AWS Transcribe is currently masking with xxxx more data then it should, assuming marketplaces, products, years and other basic info are PII info. Is there a way we can prevent this from happening, so we can have access to all of this information, and be able to act on it without having to infer or look it up in other data sources?

Example of marketplaces masked

  • I wish the xxxx, UK and Aus sites had the same features
  • Make available a teaser of my choice, as you do in the xxxx market
  • I've removed all of our products and trying to figure out how to make it so our store is not live. We no longer want the Grumpy Mule store on Amazon... NOTE: there is still a company out of the xxxx that is selling Grumpy Mule Coffee, and at the top of their products is a link to our Grumpy Mule store, so we need to de-activate the Grumpy Mule store because once in there, it does bring you to the products that we deleted and removed.
  • I was just preparing early for the new release of one product on xxxx. There is no problem with your service.
  • preparing for the gift campaign to be launh on xxxx
  • It was easy because it had already been created on Amazon in the xxxx.
  • The store review process is impossible. I have submitted our store several times for review, only to be rejected each time for vague reasons (I.e. 'go read this it might have something to do with it').I submitted a Seller Support case asking for help (xxxx)~I was told to submit multiple cases for faster resolution.~I opened a case per issue.~I was then told, in each case, to stop opening multiple cases.I can't tell if Amazon wants professional sellers in xxxx or not. Seriously, xxxx?

Example of products masked

  • Wish I could duplicate xxxx campaign directly onto US marketplace

Example of years masked

  • Cant tell, just started trying to use Amazon Ads and we've been a seller on Amazon since xxxx

Example “other info” masked

  • easy to update brand store but would like to be able to save store versions to easily update by season, for example, xxxx store
  • it seems back in xxxx. please cut& paste. please drag and drop. please do something new for us. Thanks
  • Not bad if we were in xxxx
  • some requirements from Amazon do not make xxxx at all
  • we have a launch date of the xxxx.
  • The ads are not resulting in sales, so I am trying xxxx and xxxx.

Hi,

AWS MaCie should be used to preprocess (or post-process) your data before submitting to Transcribe.

See https://aws.amazon.com/macie/
