As described in the following document, Sankey diagrams can be created with QuickSight.

Two follow-up questions: 1/ Can I customize the color of specific branches?
2/ Can I change the position of the end points? Or is there a way to have the diagram expand horizontally when there are additional layers added instead of having a fixed width of the diagram?
