Monthly SMS Volume for Toll-Free Number Registration

I'm in the process of registering a toll-free number. What impact does the estimated number of SMS messages sent each month have on the bill? Is there a chart showing how much it costs per message for, say, 10,000 messages per month versus 1,000 per month? Also, can I change the estimated monthly volume later?
