How to install amazon code deploy agent in AMAZON LINUX 2023 AMI

I'm trying to install code deploy agent. As prerequisite code deploy requires ruby. When i tried to install ruby using this command yum install ruby it has 3.2 version. but code deploy agent do not support 3.2. Is there any other way to install code deploy agent.

CodeDeploy Agent v1.6.0 with support for Ruby 3.2 and AL2023 is in the process of release at this moment. We estimate the release process will be completed for all commercial regions by April 7th 2023.

Please use this new version with AL2023.
