Facing "i/o timeout error reading buckets" issue while configured InfluxDB on aws grafana managed service.

Hi AWS Community,

I'm encountering an issue while querying InfluxDB on AWS grafana managed service.. When I attempt to read buckets from the InfluxDB server, I receive an "i/o timeout error reading buckets" message. I've tried troubleshooting steps such as checking network connectivity, verifying server status, and adjusting timeout settings, but the issue persists. Here are some additional details about my setup: InfluxDB version: 2.7.1 AWS infrastructure: aws grafana managed service Client or tool used for querying:Influx Grafana Version in workspace: v9.4.7

I have verified that the server is running and accessible through other machine. The necessary ports are open in the firewall, and I've tested connectivity from different machines with the same result.

Has anyone else encountered a similar issue while querying InfluxDB on AWS grafana managed service? What steps can I take to resolve this "i/o timeout" error? Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Best regards,
